Accept cookies and we can measure how Animunda is used to make it better. Until you choose, we only count anonymous page views, signups and completed tasks — no cookies, nothing stored on your device, no identifier that can follow you between visits, and never the content of your tasks. Choose "Only necessary" and even that stops.
Terms of Service
Animunda is a gamified habit tracker made by Pixygon. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to intimidate.
The service
Animunda lets you track daily tasks and habits, earn points, and grow a collection of virtual creatures. The core service is free. We work to keep it available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” — we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Your account
You sign in with a Pixygon account, which also works across other Pixygon services. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age where you live) to create an account.
Purchases and subscriptions
Optional purchases — such as Cores (creature eggs) and subscriptions — are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your subscription settings; cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period. Digital items like Cores are delivered immediately, and by purchasing you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right for digital content lapses on delivery. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to us and we will sort it out.
Fair use
Don’t abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, no unauthorized access to other accounts or data, no automated exploitation of game mechanics or the API beyond normal app use, and nothing unlawful in content you share with other users (such as quest messages or profile details).
Your content and your data
Your tasks and progress are yours. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your task data from Settings and can have your account deleted by contacting us.
Virtual items
Points, XP, Cores, and creatures are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be sold or exchanged for money, and they may be adjusted as the game evolves — we will not do so arbitrarily or in bad faith.
Termination
You can stop using Animunda and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, Pixygon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a free service. We may update these terms as Animunda evolves; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
